Gina is a leadership catalyst, committed to directly impacting a richer, more diverse leadership voice to emerge. She is an author, an executive coach for 18-years, speaker and facilitator who works with individuals and companies up for a “bigger game”. Vivien coaches senior leaders and top talents from large multinational companies across the regions. Vivien takes people-centred and strengthbased approaches to executive coaching, leadership development and organisation transformation. She provides a guided space for leaders to be still and focus in order to jump higher and further in this VUCA world.
She partners predominantly with the C-suite and HR leaders to develop leaders for today, tomorrow, and the future. With a strong belief on positive psychology and value-driven principles, her coaching focus honours the values, purpose, and uniqueness of each individual.
Vivien has almost 20 years of experience in developing leaders for numerous highly profitable Fortune 500 MNCs and is the Founder and Executive Coach of Flow Consulting. Vivien is a Chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society, Registered Industrial-Organisational Psychologist with the Hong Kong Psychological Society, Certified Professional Co-Active Coach with Co-Active Training Institute, Associate Certified Coachwith International Coach Federation, and a certified Appreciative Inquiry Practitioner.
She recently co-published with UK-based OD expert David Shaked two articles: An Appreciative Re-frame of the Imposter Syndrome and The True-Colours Phenomenon.
Sally Dellow, Dramatic Difference

Sally is an Executive Coach and Facilitator specialising in Leadership Development, Inter-cultural Teams and Communication. She has lived in Hong Kong for over 30 years, designing and delivering work from Melbourne to Mumbai.
Thousands of hours of coaching experience inform Sally’s human-centred coaching practice.
She has supported clients from MNC C-suite through to start-up entrepreneurs and NGO heads. Her work covers industries as diverse as luxury fashion, petrochems, veterinary surgery. law, media, finance and cloud computing. In terms of human behaviour, she finds that the challenges of high performance leadership and effective teaming are more similar than they are different. She is also an Adjunct Coach for IMD business school and London business School.
Sally’s award-winning consultancy has offices in Hong Kong and Singapore, with global reach via a network of selected associate coaches in Abu Dhabi, Australia, China, Dubai, France, Indonesia, Japan, Netherlands, Taiwan, Vietnam, UK and USA. Alongside coaching, Dramatic Difference is known as a leading innovator and practitioner in the field of Theatre-Led Learning, drawing on the team’s backgrounds in writing, directing and performing for stage and film. Angie Wong, Wong Global Leadership

Angie is an ICF Professional Certified Coach dedicated to creating authentic women leaders who lead with purpose, courage and resilience. Drawing on more than 20 years of practical executive experience in the finance industry, Angie coaches and directs leadership programs internationally serving MNC C-suites and top talents, entrepreneurs and NGO professionals in the US, Europe & Asia Pacific Region.
As the former president of First Interstate Bank in the United States, Angie had extensive experience in building organizational capability, leading start-ups, managing broad-scale change efforts, and leading geographically dispersed teams. She was named “Outstanding Female Banking Executive” by Independent Bankers Magazine in 2006. Angie believes sustainable change starts from within.
