Sarah Garner, Retykle

Sarah Garner is the Founder of Retykle, the leading platform for buying and selling pre-loved designer children’s & maternity fashion.

Before starting Retykle, Sarah worked in senior management roles at some of the world’s best luxury fashion companies including Lane Crawford, DFS (LVMH), Shanghai Tang (Richemont) & Holt Renfrew.

Retykle is an innovative circular retail model that benefits the lives of parents, the community, and the environment by keeping kids’ clothing in circulation.

Crystal Pang, Pickupp

Crystal Pang is the Co-founder & CEO of Pickupp, a technology platform focused on logistics optimization and supply chain management, providing affordable cross-border or intra-city solutions for 3PL, e-commerce and retailers.

Prior to Pickupp, Crystal gained expertise scaling platform & driving growth as a Senior Operations Manager at Uber (2014-2016).

She acquired critical product development experience from Chinascope Financials, a Shanghai-based fintech startup where she served as Deputy CEO (2012-2013), and from MathWorks, where she served as Software Engineer (2004-2006) focusing on optimization algorithms for fixed income and currency hedging in Boston.

Crystal was a former investment banker at BofA Merrill Lynch (2008-2012) and Credit Suisse (2007) with extensive cross-border M&A and capital markets experience. Crystal holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and MS in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Jennifer Margolin, BYDEAU

Jennifer Margolin is founder and creative director of BYDEAU, an online flower and gift delivery service that makes it easier for people to be thoughtful. BYDEAU offers luxurious artisan flowers + curated gift boxes at affordable pricing. BYDEAU is on a mission to create a simple and delightful gift giving + receiving experience.  By mixing the old world tradition of gifting with modern day conveniences such as: mobile ordering, cash-less purchasing and on-demand delivery, BYDEAU makes sending a little something a BIG deal.

Prior to founding BYDEAU, Jennifer spent over 15 years as a creative consultant within the technology, financial services and fashion sectors. With an expertise in marketing and strategy, she specialized in thought-leadership projects, trend forecasting and luxury branding. She also is a licensed event planning professional and brought her clients’ dreams to reality through her sought after event planning company in California.

Operating under JM Creative, Jennifer provided private styling and design services for high net worth clients, as well as brand clients which included ALDO, Burberry, Levi’s, Seagram’s Company LTD, Teen Vogue, and WWDMAGIC along with curating programs for some of the world’s largest investment banks and women’s financial networking groups.

In 2012 Jennifer founded the Social Edge Summit, a conference bringing together 200+ digital marketers to learn about trends in technology, social and digital innovation in the heart of Silicon Valley.  The inaugural conference trended on Twitter.

Peggy Choi, Lynk

Peggy Choi is the CEO and founder of Lynk, a global knowledge sharing platform that is disrupting the way business decisions are made. Peggy founded Lynk in 2015 with the mission of making knowledge more accessible.

In her previous career in finance, Peggy recognized that companies of all sizes and in all geographies faced similar needs for the right knowledge every day. She was inspired to revolutionize access to knowledge for people and enterprises across all industries and parts of the globe. Seeing the value of insights from the right advisors, executives or experts to inform crucial decisions, Peggy created Lynk.

Before starting Lynk, Peggy worked in banking and investments in the US and UK for several leading firms. Most recently, Peggy was an investor on the team that helped create the Special Situations strategy at TPG Capital in San Francisco. Prior to that, she was a private equity investor in the technology space at Silver Lake Partners in London and worked with some of the world’s largest technology companies while in the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs in New York.
