Mandy has over 20 years proven experience of working in public relations and marketing communications gained from working in-house for 12 years and in her own agency, Cred Communications, for the past nine years.
She is passionate about helping clients make an impact, whether by getting more credibility, more sales, more customers, more app
downloads or website hits, or even getting her clients to number one on Trip Advisor through delivering strategic integrated communications campaigns.
She is extremely proud of the work Cred has done in the past three years to promote campaigns in Hong Kong such as The Helper Documentary, Asia’s biggest LGBT festival Pink Season and most recently Hong Kong Cancer Fund’s Pink Revolution and Feeding Hong Kong’s collaboration with Honestbee grocery concierge service.
Eugene R. Raitt, Datatrade Ltd./Clix
Gene is a multiple award-winning internationally recognized expert in digital & direct marketing, including all aspects of customer acquisition, retention, CRM, engagement, UX, and loyalty. He has spent the majority of his career in Asia, 20 years+, having also lived and worked in Japan for 10 years with AIG.
As the executive vice president and worldwide chief digital & direct marketing officer at AIG, for example, he launched direct marketing businesses for the firm throughout the world. He built and managed a direct & marketing portfolio totalling US$4.5 billion with businesses he built from scratch across Asia. In 2005, the Direct Marketing Association named Gene the Financial Services Direct Marketing Executive of the Year.
In addition to his responsibilities as chairman of Datatrade/CliX, he is also a professor at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology as well as a licensed clinical psychologist.
