Litai was born and raised in between the glowing meadows in the South of The Netherlands right on the border with Belgium. After his study, Organizational Science at the Tilburg University he worked for FedEx helping them negotiating on their new pension plan and Group insurances.
When he moved to Hong Kong in 2010 he was inspired by a seasoned
insurance broker to work for one of the oldest insurance brokers in Hong Kong, MI Insurance brokers for the next 5 years servicing Corporates and Individuals.
He started his own insurance brokerage Charings Ltd in 2015, a company which values personal relationships, offering insurance broking and solutions, and acts as a specialized insurance intermediary for niche insurance products like Film Productions, Director & Officers Liability, and Motorsport.

Ms Elsa Law, a commercial and divorce lawyer, who is also the founder and principal of Elsa Law & Co. Solicitors. She began her traineeship with Messrs. Wallace & Partner in London, and as an assistant solicitor with Messrs. Kingsley Napley in London after she was qualified. On her return to Hong Kong, she continued to serve as a lawyer, and notably as legal counsel to the then Kowloon Canton Railway Corporation advising on
