About WENStart
WENStart is a six-month mentoring program designed for new entrepreneurs with less than five years of experience. This initiative connects less experienced entrepreneurs (mentees) with established entrepreneurs (mentors) and ICF certified coaches.
Participants in WENStart benefit from:
- Monthly Mentorship: Engage in one-hour meetings with a dedicated mentor to gain insights and guidance tailored to your business needs.
- Coaching Support: Receive one hour of coaching each month from a certified coach, focusing on personal and professional development.
- Skill Development: Learn effective strategies and tools to help achieve your business goals.
- Confidence Building: Discover ways to enhance your confidence and expand your networking opportunities.
- Problem-Solving Insights: Gain valuable perspectives on overcoming challenges in your entrepreneurial journey.
In our first cohort, with the support from their mentors & coaches, we saw mentees stepping out of their comfort zones: some launched their dream business, some moved away from their routine and obtained business breakthrough, some achieved set profit targets, and most importantly, all gained the necessary clarity and confidence to boost their business growth!
WENStart is open to all entrepreneurs with less than five years of experience, providing a supportive environment for growth and development.
