If you don’t have an exit strategy and a team of professionals on ‘speed dial’ to help guide you through the process then this professional series of seminars is for you. The Women Entrepreneurs Network (WEN) has created a unique professionally led series focused on business exit strategies for women business owners. The series has been carefully created by Hong Kong’s most successful business owners to provide you with the knowledge, the skills, the contacts and the confidence necessary to make decisions on what is next for you and your business.

Whether you’re ready to exit now or have not yet considered your plan of action, this series is crucial to understanding what to do in preparation for a sale, merger or inviting partners into your business.
Each session equips you with detailed information on the professionals to work with and who to rely on when finding buyers or partners. The series also features essential education on the legal and accounting aspects of the process. In the final session, our panel includes women entrepreneurs who have been through the exit process and sold their businesses, giving you inspiration and insight into what a successful exit strategy may mean for you and your life.
The series will run for four months, and you have the option to attend all four sessions or select the sessions that best fit your needs. To ensure the sessions are close-knit and your questions are clearly answered the Power Circles are led by women who have sold their businesses and one of our experienced professionals.
Places are limited 20 women per session.

Session 1: 27th February 2018
Are You Ready to Exit? An Introduction to Exit and Succession Planning. This session focuses on getting you and your company organized.
Session 2: 22nd March 2018
Power Circles. The circles will focus on EXIT, along with other business issues, all with the goal of developing your Succession Plan.
Session 3: 17th April 2018
Power Circles. The circles will focus on EXIT, along with other business issues, all with the goal of developing your Succession Plan.
Session 4: 17th May 2018
Panel Discussion and Power Circles. This is where our Professionals and Circle Leaders, come together with a Panel of Women who have sold their businesses.

Event Policies
Events may be cancelled due to low enrolment, inclement weather or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If WEN cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund.
Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.
All registrants will be contacted within 24 hours from the event via email or telephone. In the case of inclement weather, WEN follows The Hong Kong Observatory schedule. If a Black Storm Warning is issued or not lowered 2 hours before the event and/or if T8 is predicted to be issued anytime during the day of the event, the event will be cancelled.
All event cancellations will be posted on the WEN website and Facebook page. WEN reserves the right to refuse/cancel registrations. If WEN refuses a registration, registrants will be offered a refund.
Registration Cancellation by Participant
An Attendee will only be refunded if a 24 hours’ notice is received in writing. Refunds will only be issued via PayPal.These above policies apply to all WEN events unless otherwise noted in the corresponding event materials.
Payment by PayPal Only
Unless specifically stated on registration materials, all registration payments must be made via PayPal. All registrants that do not make a payment via PayPal will be put onto a waiting list and advised if there is availability the day of the event.
Small Circle Participation
Based on the information provided during registration, Attendees will be allocated to a small circle. We aim to keep each circle participation between 6-8 attendees. Where possible, we will offer a Cantonese speaking circle, and a Professional Women’s circle for professions such as doctors, dentists, psychologists etc.
