The Cirlce events are ideal for women business owners who keen to learn, and participate in a small group for discussion and business advice. Circles are led by board members and supported by an expert. This event is to help participants build a network of like-minded business owners who they can call upon.
Essential Plans: Partnerships, Scaling, and Exiting
As any good mentor will tell you, there are a few things all business need and if you do not have these plans or are updating them each year you are making decisions without the right tools (it’s like baking but not having all the ingredients).
This Circle session will help each person in the circle come up with a plan for all three items, revisit existing plans and finally (most exciting) work together to come up with potential groups, industries, individuals to start meeting asap to solidify the plan.
Running a business is hard and if you do not have a strategy to find others to work with to grow your business, have plans on how to expand, or know possible exit options, your business decisions today might not be made looking towards the future.
